高校药学类应用型人才培养改革

The Reform for the Cultivation of Pharmaceutical Applicant Genius in Universities and Colleges

面对严峻的就业压力,为了提高药学系教学水平,促进优质就业,以用人单位为对象进行调查,对药学系现有教学中存在的问题和有待改善的方面进行分析总结,在此基础上对药学系的教学提出相应改革建议。

Facing the sever employment pressure, it＇s necessary for us to make great efforts to polish up the teaching skills of the tutors in our department and equipt our graduates better mastery of job-hunting techniques. The researeh on the employers shows that the teaching job in Dept.of pharmacology, is still deficient and needs to be mended. On the basis of that conclusion, this paper puts forward the suggestion about the reform of the teaching pattern in Dept.of pharmacology.
