浅低温用于神经外科麻醉的临床效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨神经外科麻醉中浅低温的应用效果。方法:选择神经外科患者30例,随机分为2组,观察组15例采用浅低温麻醉,对照组15例行常规麻醉,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:两组在异丙酚吸入浓度比和MAC差异有统计学意义,颈内静脉血氧饱和度观察组降温前较低,降温后明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:浅低温应用于神经外科麻醉中能够在维持麻醉用药的基础上,提高吸人性麻醉药物的溶解度,增加麻醉强度,提高颈内静脉血氧饱和度和氧分压,从而起到对颅脑的保护效果。
