摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定千柏鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量方法。方法：色谱柱：kromasil c18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-含0.3%三乙胺的0.02mol/l磷酸二氢钾溶液（用磷酸调ph3.0）（4：96），检测波长：210nm，流速为1.0ml·min-1。结果：盐酸麻黄碱的回归方程为：y=498623х＋13396，г=0.9997（n=6）线性范围为：20.32μg/ml-71.12μg/ml，平均回收率为 98.34%，rsd为1.32%（n=6）。结论：方法简便，结果准确，专属性强，重现性好,可将其作为千柏鼻炎片的质控指标之一。
Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Qianbaibiyan Tablet by HPLC. Method ： HPLC was used Kromasil Cts （250mm×4.6mm,5 μ m）column,mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile-0.O2moL/L KH2PO4 solution contained of 0.3% triethylamine （adjusted to PH3.0 with H3PO4）（4：96）,The flow rate was 1.OmL rain-t with detection wavelength at 210rim.Result ： Ephedrine Hydrochloride of the Regression equation is Y=498623 x ＋13396 r =0.9997 （n=6）.The linear range of phillyrin was from 20.32 μ g/mL-71.12 μ g/mL The average recoverery was 98.34%,and RSD was 1.32%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and suitable.It can be used a method for the quality control of Qianbaibiyan Tablet.
