摘要
目的:研究了快速分离高通量高效液相色谱法测定虎杖样品中的大黄素和大黄素甲醚。方法:虎杖样品提取液以agilent zobax c18 (4.6 mm×50mm×3.5?m)快速分离色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-0.1 %高氯酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1ml.min-1,用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为432nm。结果:大黄素和大黄素甲醚的标准回收率分别为94%~102% 和 93%~96%; rsd分别为0.6%~3.2% 和 1.1%~2.3%。结论:用该方法测定了虎杖中的大黄素和大黄素甲醚,结果令人满意。
Objective : A rapid high performance liquid chromatography method (HPLC)for the determination of emodin and physeion in polygonum cuspidatum was studied. Method:Emodin and physeion can be separated on a Agilent zobax Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm × 50mm × 3.5 μ m). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% HCIO4 in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0mL min-1.. The wavelength of the mea- surement was 432nm. Emodin and physcion in polygonum cuspidatum were monitored by SPD, and determined by this method. Result: The recovery of emodin and physcion was respectivdy 94%~102% and 93%~96% The relative standard deviation of emodin and physcion was respectively 0.6%~3.2% and 1.1%~2.3%. Conclusion: The method was applied to the determination of emodin and physcion in Polygonum cuspidatum with good result.
