摘要
目的 建立粉尘作业工人统计工种自动判定模型。方法 依据各接尘工种的危险度和接尘时间, 采用评分的方法, 将各实际接尘工种进行量化, 取最高分为统计工种。结果 用自动判定模型对接尘工人统计工种的判定符合率明显高于人工判定组( P< 0.01 或P< 0.05) 。结论 利用工种危险度来设计粉尘作业工人的统计工种自动判定模型, 能准确、快速地判定出每个接尘工人的统计工种, 减少了人为偏差, 使分析资料更具有可比性。但要特别注意危险度的确定。
Objective To establish an automatic discriminant model for job statistics in the workers exposed to dust.Methods Based on the risk of dust exposed job and the length of exposure to dust,actually dust exposed job was quantified by scoring and one with the highest score was defined as a statistically exposed job.Results Agreement in determination of statistically dust exposed job was significantly higher with automatic discriminant model than with manual management(P<0 01 or 0 05).Conclusion On the basis of the risk of dust exposed job,automatic discriminant model for job statistics was able to determine accurately and rapidly his job for each exposed worker,with less bias and more comparable result.But,caution should be paid to the definition of the risk.
