平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

The CHnical Effect Observation of the Pingchuan Decoction Treated to the Bronchus AsthmL

目的了解平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的方法，探讨平喘汤在治疗支气管哮喘过程中的临床疗效，总结平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的经验。方法将100例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例，使用平喘汤进行治疗；对照组50例，通过口服强力安喘通和静滴先锋霉素进行治疗；观察两组治疗后的体征与外周血嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数及肺功能、免疫球蛋白（IgE）等变化。结果治疗组的显效率与总有效率以及肺功能改善方面都要优于对照组，EOS、IgE等变化方面，治疗组较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论在临床治疗支气管哮喘过程中，使用平喘汤效果显著，不良反应少，应予以临床推广。

Objective： To acquaint the treatments ,explore the the clinical effects and sum up the experiences of the Pingchuan de- coction treated to the bronchus asthma. Methods：100cases with bronchus asthma were divided into two groups randomly,the observation group（50cases）was given by the treatment of the Pingchuan decoction,the control group（50cases） was given by the oral asmeton and venous drip for cephalothin .To observe the two groups＇ patents＇ symptoms, lung function ,EOS, IgE and so on.Result： The observation group＇s clinical control rate of marked improvement,the change lung function were better than the control group＇ s, the observation, group＇ sEOS, IgE were lower than the control group＇ s signiflcantly,P 〈 0.01.Conclusions： The application Pingchuan decoction to the bronchus asthma, its effects were significant, little reaction,it could be promoted in clinic.
