摘要
目的通过抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗的前后对比，探讨功能性消化不良（FD）与幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）感染的关系。方法选取FD患者，进行抗HP治疗，对比治疗前后功能性消化不良的各种症状，并进行分析。结果根除幽门螺旋杆菌对功能性消化不良症状改善明显，幽门螺旋杆菌患者抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗后具体症状变化明显。结论HP是功能消化不良重要的致病因素之一。FD的治疗是个难题，因涉及的病因多种，所以治疗应为综合治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori （HP） and functional dyspepsia （FD） in anti-helicobacter pylori treatment. Methods The patients with functional dyspepsia underwent anti-helicobaeter pylori treatment. The symptoms before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Result The effect of anti-helicobacter pylori treatment is obvious. The Symptoms of the patients with functional dyspepsia improved significantly. Conclusion helicobacter pylori infection play important role in functional dyspepsia. It is difficult for anti-helicobacter pylori treatment which needs comprehensive treatment.
