目的观察sw-3101乳腺病治疗仪联合天冬素片治疗产后乳汁淤积的治疗效果。方法将168例产后乳汁淤积患者随机分成对照组和观察组，每组84例，对照组按传统的局部热敷按摩后行人工挤奶及母乳喂养指导，观察组给予乳腺病治疗仪联合天冬素片治疗后配合母乳喂养指导。结果观察组疗效明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论乳腺病治疗仪联合天冬素片治疗乳汁淤积比传统方法具有见效快、无痛苦、无损伤、费用低、[0]不影响哺乳等优点，是目前治疗乳汁淤积的好方法，对于恢复产妇健康，提高母乳喂养率，具有重要意义。
