妇产科大出血患者的临床治疗

目的：对妇产科大出血患者临床治疗的方法和疗效进行分析和总结。方法：以2005年5月-2009年5月在我院住院期间出现大出血的35例患者作为研究对象，全部病例均进行双侧自动动脉栓塞治疗。结果：在全部35例患者中，共有28例患者治疗成功，治疗成功率为80％。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术在妇产科大出血患者的临床治疗中是有着很好的治疗效果，但是对于该方法能否替代子宫切除，则需要在实践临床中进行进一步的总结、实验和研究。

objective： to the clinical treatment of obstetrics and gynecology hemorrhage methods and effect are analyzed and summed up. Methods： in May 2005 - 2009 hospitalization in our hospital from may appear hemorrhage 35 patients as the research object, all patients were performed bilateral automatic artery embolization. Results： in all 35 patients, 28 patients success, treatment rate of 80%. Conclusion： uterine artery embolization in gynecology and obstetrics hemorrhage in clinical is having very good therapeutic effect, but for this method can replace hysterectomy in clinical practice, the need of further summarizes and experiment and research.
