摘要
目的：研究多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁及奥美拉唑联合治疗50例胆汁反流性胃炎治疗情况。方法：将前来治疗的胆汁反流性胃炎患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组。根据对照结果进行讨论研究。结果：治疗两周后患者上腹胀痛、烧灼感以及恶心呕吐等症状有所改变，分为显效、有效和无效。结论：通过研究表明多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁以及奥美拉唑联合治疗慢性胆汁反流性胃炎具有协同作用，值得临床推广应用。
