This paper discovers the early founding of residential neighborhoods which has not yet been fully realized and regarded the importance of living heritage and its construction,it mainly studies the history background of house construction,reasons,the existing situation and characteristics of scale,and points out its unique value and protect significance,For future development in residential neighborhoods and research status of providing theoretical basis.
