It is the largest and most complete ＂Chinese Baroque＂ area in Daowai, Harbin. We can excavate the historical and cultural value, create the leisure space and stimulate people’s activities through the methods of urban design such as pedestrian system, five elements of urban design and catalyst theory. Provide a good environment to protect ＂Chinese Baroque＂.
