摘要
该文首先回顾上海工业的发展历程,并通过第三次文物普查的最新成果对工业遗产的遗存情况进行简要总结。在近年来的相关保护政策出台、特别是2010年上海世博会的背景下,对工业遗产再生模式进行梳理。从再利用的功能置换、设计观念、技术手段等方面的发展过程,说明上海工业遗产再利用模式正逐步趋于成熟、并向多样化发展的态势。最后通过世博会工业遗产的再生实践,反思已有的再利用模式,希望对工业遗产日后的发展有所启益。
This article reviews the development of Shanghai model industrial, and summarize the preservation of industrial heritage according to the latest data of the 3th heritage general survey. On the background of the introducing of relative preserving police, particularly the 2010 Shanghai Expo, the reuse pattern of industrial heritage is being ordered. The development of functional replacement of reusing, conception of design and technical means proves that the reuse pattern of Shanghai industrial heritage is getting mature and diversity. Finally thinking through the extant reuse pattern by summarizing the practice of reusing Shanghai Expo industrial heritage may have some benefits to the development of industrial heritage tomorrow.
