Preliminary Exploration of Underground Space Planning on Regulatory Detailed Planning Level:Taking the Wutai Zha Area in Wuhan as An Example

由于武汉主城区地面空间日趋紧张,急需扩大城市用地规模和空间容量。同时武汉市轨道交通工程的发展,城市人口和用地的矛盾日益凸显。随着城市地下空间开发建设的不断推进,急需对地下空间规划提出一整套合理、可操作的技术规程,以便于指导控规层面的地下空间的建设与开发,从而实现城市空间资源的合理利用。

Owing to the ground space of Wuhan has become tighter,the expandness of urban land scale and spatial capacity are urgently needed. While the development of rail traffic engineering,the contradiction of population and land is increasingly prominent. With the development and construction of urban underground space,a whole set of comprehensive and workable technical regulations is urgently needed to guide the construction and development of underground space at the level of regulatory detailed planning. Thereby achieves the rational utilization of urban spatial recourses.
