Comparative Research about Two Different Master Plan for Duisburg:Applying to Shougang Industry Reform

针对20世纪90年代至今德国鲁尔区的杜伊斯堡市在20余年内经历的两次大规模的市内总体规划,从规划背景、规划定位、规划策略及规划效果等层面进行了较深入的比较研究,并借鉴其规划经验,指出对北京首钢工业区改造规划的启示。

Since nineties of last century,the city of Duisburg in the Ruhr area of German experienced two large-scale master plan for more than twenty years. This paper conducts a more in-depth comparative research about the planning background,the planning orientation,the planning strategy and the planning results of the two master plan. Learning from its experience in planning,the paper gives a revelation to the renaissance plan of Beijing Shougang industrial areas.
