黄连液皮肤消毒效果及保存时间的试验研究

Effect of coptis liquid used as a skin disinfectant and its preservation time

目的探讨黄连液用于皮肤消毒的效果及保存时间,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法随机选择6名急诊科实习护生为试验对象,将黄连液（0.1 g/ml）0.3 ml用于皮肤消毒,然后检测消毒后皮肤的细菌菌落计数,并于消毒液开启后第1、10、20、30、40、50、60天检测黄连液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌效果和黄连液的染菌量。结果消毒液开启后60 d内消毒皮肤的细菌菌落计数及黄连液染菌量均低于消毒技术规范的标准,30 d内黄连液抑菌率达99.6%~99.9%。结论黄连液可用于皮试消毒,且开启后保留30 d抑菌作用仍符合要求。

Objective To explore the effect of coptis liquid used as a skin disinfectant and its preservation time,and to provide experimental proof for its clinical usage.Methods Six nursing interns practicing in department of emergency served as participants,and their skin were disinfected with 0.3 ml coptis liquid（0.1 g/ml）.After that,the bacterial counts on the disinfected skin were conducted.The effect of coptis liquid on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,and candida albicans,and the content of bacteria within the liquid,were detected on the 1st,10th,20th,30th,40th,50th,and 60th days after the coptis bottle was initially opened.Results Within 60 days after the coptis bottle was initially opened,bacterial counts on the disinfected sites and the content of bacteria within the liquid were lower than what has been set by the regulatory health departments.Within 30 days,the bacteriostatic rates of coptis liquid ranged from 99.6% to 99.9%.Conclusion Coptis liquid can serve as a skin disinfectant;within 30 days after the coptis bottle is initially opened,its bacteriostatic effect still meets the requirements set by the regulatory health departments.
