摘要
目的探讨医疗输送服务社会化管理模式的实践经验。方法采用医院输送管理科与公司双重管理模式,明确设定医疗输送服务项目指标,制定操作规范,建立持证上岗和培训制度,以绩效管理机制持续质量控制。结果实施3个月后,患者及护士长满意度较实施前同期显著提升,输送差错率显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论医院、公司双重效能管理为医疗输送社会化管理提供了有效的新途径。
Objective To explore the effect of socialized management of medical transportation in comprehensive hospital.Methods Management section of the hospital and a company were involved into the management of medical transportation services.Services were clearly itemized,standard procedures were established,and a system which regulated staff to take employment with a qualification and provided training programs was developed,and continuous quality control was achieved by using work performance management.Results Three months after the implement of the socialized management,patients and head nurses had significantly higher satisfaction with transportation service than before the practice,the transportation error rate was significantly reduced(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Dual management of medical transportation service by the hospital and a company provides a new outlook for socialized management.
