摘要
对辽宁省29个水稻品种苗期150 mmol/L NaCl水溶液处理条件下苗高、根长、根数、单株苗干重等指标进行分析,并对品种进行聚类。结果表明,盐丰47-8、辽盐282、辽粳371、辽盐12、桥201-2、辽盐241苗期耐盐能力较强,盐粳98、辽开79-3、沈农9418、铁粳4号、辽2096、沈农9741、盐粳34、铁粳8992、辽粳9号、盐粳48、花粳45、LDC32苗期耐盐能力中等,盐粳68、辽粳207、LDC166、沈农611、富禾5号、辽粳263苗期耐盐能力较弱,LDC248、辽盐2号、辽盐166、盐粳188、辽盐糯苗期耐盐能力弱。
The seedling height,root length,root numbers and dry weight per seedling of 29 varieties were assessed with cluster analysis in 150mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that different varieties had different levels of salt tolerance,Yanfeng47-8,Liaoyan282,Liaojing371,Liaoyan12,Qiao201-2,Liaoyan241 were better in seedling stage,Yanjing98,Liaokai79-3,Shennong9418,Tiejing4,Liao2096,Shennong9741,Yanjing34,Tiejing8992,Liaojing9,Yanjing48,Huajing45,LDC32 were in middle level,Yanjing68,Liaojing207,LDC166,Shennong611,Fuhe5,Liaojing263 were weak,LDC248,Liaoyan2,Liaoyan166,Yanjing188 and Liaoyannuo were weakest.
