扫描电镜图象彩色化增强技术及应用

摘要 提出并实现了三种用于增强传统的灰度扫描电镜图象的彩色化显示技术。将灰度转化为彩色显示,可以增强图象的视觉效果;以样品的表面起伏特征对形貌图象染色,可以提供直观、准确的立体形貌信息;利用不同特征信号之间的差异,将对应图象分别染色后重叠显示,则可以得到代表样品表面元素成份分布的彩色图象。 Three colorated displaying techniques for intensifying traditional black-white image of SEM (scanning electron microscope)were introduced and realized.The vision effect of the image can be enhanced by transforming black-white image into the coloring. The intuitive and accurate stereogram can be provided by colorating the geometric morphology according to the surface irregularity of the sample. The colored image with surface component distribution characteristics can be obtained by means of the difference between various characteristic signals and by overlapping the corresponding imges after coloring.
