介绍了蓖麻油的性质、用途、精炼及深加工技术，通过调研分析了蓖麻（ 油）产业的国内外市场以及我国蓖麻油的生产情况。
The characteristics,use,refinement and deep processing technology of castor oil were introduced.The markets inside and outside China,and the productive information of castor oil were analysed by investigation and research.The problems and suggestions about production of castor oil in China were proposed.
