摘要
研究番茄水提物对高血脂症模型大鼠血脂的调节作用。通过喂饲高脂饲料的方法,建立高血脂症模型。高血脂症模型大鼠50只分成5组:番茄水提物高剂量组(1.2g/kg)、中剂量组(0.6g/kg)、低剂量组(0.3g/kg)、阳性对照组(辛伐他汀,4mg/kg)、模型对照组。分组灌胃给药,比较用药前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。番茄水提物中、高剂量组均能显著降低血清TC、TG和LDL-C,且显著升高HDL-C作用。番茄水提物能有效调节机体脂质代谢,对高血脂症有一定的治疗作用。
To explore the effects of aqueous extract of Lycopersicon esculentum(AEL) on regulation of lipid metabolismin rat with hyperlipidemia.Through feeding high fat fodder to set up disordered fat metabolism mode.Experiment hyperlipidemia rats(n=50) were divided into 5 groups: AEL high group(1.2 g/kg),AEL middle group(0.6 g/kg),AEL low group(0.3 g/kg),the Sinvastatin treatment group(4 mg/kg) and model control.Comparison the levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum before and after treatment.AEL high group and middle groupevidently decreased the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and evidently increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum.The AEL could regulate the lipid metabolism and treat hyperlipidemia.
