摘要 探讨了CeO2纳米颗粒对体外培养的人肺腺癌细胞A549的生物效应.使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对CeO2纳米颗粒进行了表征,采用噻唑蓝比色法测定了不同质量浓度CeO2纳米颗粒悬液对A549细胞活性的影响,对其抗氧化能力进行了检测,并且测定了30 nm CeO2作用24 h后细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量.结果表明,纳米CeO2能够增加A549细胞的活性,缓解H2O2造成的氧化应激损伤,引起细胞内SOD和GSH含量下降.说明:CeO2纳米颗粒有清除氧自由基能力,对A549细胞具有潜在的保护作用. To investigate the biological effects of CeO2 nanoparicles on A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells.CeO2 nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The viability effects of different concentrations of CeO2 nanoparticles suspension on A549 cells were tested with 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay.The antioxidant capacity was also determined.The activities of cellular superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione(GSH) were determined after exposure to 30 nm CeO2 for 24 h.The results indicated that CeO2 nanoparticles could increase the survival rate of A549 cells and degrade oxidative stress caused by H2O2.With ability to eliminate oxygen free radicals,CeO2 nanoparticles had the potential protective effect towards oxidative damage of A549 cells.
