摘要
叙述了以苯酚与丙烯为原料,采用复合型催化剂烷基化合成异丙苯酚,合成的异丙苯酚再与三氯氧磷催化酯化合成阻燃剂三异丙苯基磷酸酯的新工艺,讨论了工艺条件的控制对产品的收率、质量的影响因素。
A new synthetic technique of tri - isopropylated phenyl phosphate ester has been presented in the article. Phenol is alkylated by propene through montmorillonite and aluminium chloride as catalyst, and IPPP is synthesized by taking isopropylphenol and phosphorus oxychloride through aluminium chloride as catalyst. The control and influencing factors to product yield and quality of the technological conditions have also been discussed.
