摘要
用涂层方式对纯棉织物进行芳香整理,并对芳香涂层织物的留香效果和机械性能进行了测试.结果表明:微胶囊与粘合剂紧密地结合在一起并被牢固地粘附到织物上,使芳香织物具有良好的留香能力和缓释性能,香味可达7个月之久,于80℃烘干30 s可以取得较好效果.同时织物经整理对微胶囊机械性能影响不大,仍具有良好的拉伸强力和撕破强力。
Cotton fabrics were aromatic finished with coating method,and the fragrant effects and mechanical properties of coated fabrics were tested.The results showed that the microcapsules and the adhesives were tightly bonded and were hardly adhered to the fabrics.The aromatic fabric had excellent fragrance capacity and controlled release properties,which can contionued release fragrance more then seven months.Good fragrant effect could be obtained with the treatment of 30 s drying at 80 ℃.At the same time,the mechanical property of microcapsule after finish had little change,and still had good extension and tearing strength.
