摘要
本文对当前中小学现行校本教研制度的现状和问题进行了反思,提出了加强共生型学科教研组建设,重建现行校本教研制度的策略及实践价值。
Subject teaching and research group is the fundamental organization in school teaching and research,and also the implementer of teaching and education.Reality tells us that the connotation of school and its sustainable development rely on teachers who have high morality with skillful teaching and fine qualities.Construction of subject teaching and research group is an effective way to heighten teacher's competence,promote their cooperation,and improve their practical wisdom,which has always been stressed by schools.This essay mainly discusses the above issues from the angle of daily teaching practice.
