In the model of activity-sheet guiding instruction,teachers are organizers,guides and cooperators of students＇ learning as well as inspirers,facilitators and helpers of students＇ self-construction.This essay analyses the orientation of teacher＇s psychology from the following aspects：teacher＇s promoting students＇ learning experience;promoting students＇ accomplishment of enjoying cooperation;promoting students＇ formation of confident and aggressive psychology;promoting students＇ sharing the pleasure of successful learning.
