摘要
在"活动单导学"教学模式中,教师是学生学习的组织者、引导者与合作者,是学生自我建构的激发者、促进者和帮助者。教师教给学生的不仅是知识,更多的是学会思考问题的方法,然后用他们自己的创造性思维去学习,进而为学生终身学习奠基。教师在"活动单导学"课堂教学中应始终把学生放在主导地位,促进学生自主、生动、活泼、快乐地发展。本文从教师促进学生体验学习的过程,促进学生享受合作互助的收获,促进学生形成自信进取的心理状态,促进学生分享学习成功的喜悦等方面阐述了"活动单导学"中教师正确的心理站位及其给课堂带来的可喜变化。
In the model of activity-sheet guiding instruction,teachers are organizers,guides and cooperators of students' learning as well as inspirers,facilitators and helpers of students' self-construction.This essay analyses the orientation of teacher's psychology from the following aspects:teacher's promoting students' learning experience;promoting students' accomplishment of enjoying cooperation;promoting students' formation of confident and aggressive psychology;promoting students' sharing the pleasure of successful learning.
