摘要 目的:探讨数字化放射影像(DR)及同层动态CT扫描技术对孤立性肺结节(SPN)检出的价值。方法:选取50例经胸部DR及同层动态CT扫描检查并经病理证实的孤立性肺结节,进行DR多领域后处理和同层动态CT扫描处理分析。结果:据DR、CT及增强后CT净增值的变化,定性准确率为95%。结论:DR与同层动态CT扫描能提高对SPN的定性诊断率。 Objective:To study the effect of Digital radiography(DR) and in-layer dynamic CT scan technology on the detection of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN).Methods:DR multi-scale processing and in-layer dynamic CT scan processing analysis were performed in 50 cases of SPN having been pathologically confirmed through chest DR and in-layer dynamic CT scan examination.Results:The qualitative accuracy rate was 95% according to the DR,CT and enhanced CT changes in net value added.Conclusions:The qualitative diagnosis of SPN can be improved,if the DR and In-layer dynamic CT scan are used accurately.
