目标管理法在新护士临床工作能力培养中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨目标管理法在新护士临床工作能力培养过程中的应用效果。方法:选取杭州市第一人民医院2009年新入职的39名护士作为研究对象,随机分成实验组20名,对照组19名,实验组应用目标管理法对新护士进行为期一年的临床工作能力培养;对照组采用"跟班式"上岗,由有经验的护士指导,护士长采用与实验组相同的方法进行考核,但未制定目标及评价系统。结果:实验组护士一年内三基考试、护理操作考核合格率及平均分均明显高于对照组,有统计学意义;实验组护士一年内无患者投诉、无护理差错事故发生,同事对实验组护士的工作能力评价得分明显高于对照组。结论:应用目标管理法对新护士临床工作能力进行培养是一种科学、有效的方法。 Objective To explore the effect of management by objectives(MBO) on the clinical ability of new nurses.Methods 39 new nurses who have been working since 2009 were selected and divided into experimental and control group by random,20 new nurses in the experimental group trained with management by objectives while 19 new nurses in the control group with a traditional model without target system and evaluation system.Results The examination results of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.There was no patient complaints and nursing errors in a year.The scores from colleagues'evaluation of nurses in experimental group is higher than that in the control group.Conclusion MBO is an effective method in training the clinical ability of new nurses.
