摘要
目的:了解高血压患者的高血压知识掌握情况及服药依从性。方法:采用结构型问卷对80例病人的高血压知识及服药依从情况进行问卷调查。结果:高血压病人的服药依从性平均得分为12.5分,且高血压知识相当不足。结论:临床治疗高血压病过程中,医护人员要加强对病人的健康教育,根据病人的个体情况合理选择用药,以提高其服药依从性。
Objective To know about hypertension patients＇compliance of medicine intake and their knowledge of hypertension.Methods Standardized questionnaire was adopted to survey among 80 patients.Results The average score of compliance of medicine intake was 12.5.A majority of patients lacked knowledge about hypertension.Conclusion Health education of hypertension patients should be enhanced and medicine should be selected on the basis of individual condition so as to promote the patients＇compliance of medicine intake.
