摘要
《中华人民共和国食品安全法》构建了食品安全法律责任体系,提高了中国食品安全监管效能。然而,中国食品安全形势复杂,仍有一些问题该法难以解决,作者通过分析中国当前存在的食品安全隐患和《食品安全法》实施后食品安全工作现状,就如何进一步完善中国食品安全监管机制作出思考与探索。
The Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China constructs a legal responsibility system,which promoted the efficiency of food safety supervision.However,the situation of food safety is complicated,and The Food Safety Law could not solve all the problems of food safety in China.To analyze the potential hazards and the situation of food safety supervision after the implementation of the law,we seek the approaches to improving the legal responsibility system and food safety management.
