摘要
利用自行研制的双速流动试验装置,用模拟电池的方法,实测了在模拟轮南油田回注污水中,油套管用钢API-P105沉积物下局部腐蚀速度.结果表明,沉积物下局部腐蚀速度,随模拟电池的阴、阳极面积比(A_c/A_(?))的增加先增大后减小,而后又重新增大.并且从理论上对出现这种非单调变化的试验结果进行了解释.
By using the dynamic loop test system with dual speeds, which was designed and constructed by authors themselves, and a simulating cell,the underdeposit corrosion rate of API-P105 steel in CO2-containing, simulating injection water of Lunnan Oil Field was measured and reported. The results showed that the underdeposit corrosion rate would increase with the increasing of the ratio of the surface areas of cathode to anode (Ac/ A,)- But when Ac/A, increased to some value, the underdeposit corrosion rate would decrease first, then increase with the increasing of Ac/A, again. In this paper, the non-monotonic relationship between the underdeposit corrosion rate and the value of Ad A, was discussed and clarified in theory.
