Catalytic Synthesis of n Butyl Acetate by Niobic Acid

研究了乙酸和正丁醇在铌酸催化下的反应，考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应温度等因素对产品乙酸正丁酯收率的影响。当催化剂用量为 １．２ ｇ 每摩尔酸，乙酸和正丁醇的摩尔比为４∶１，回流搅拌反应７．０ ｈ 时，产品乙酸正丁酯的收率可达 ８７．６％ ，选择性为 １００％ 。

This manuscript reported the esterification of acetic acid with n butanol catalyzed by niobic acid.The effect of different factors,such as reaction time,catalyst dosage,the ratio of acetic acid to n butanol,reaction temperature,on the yield of n butyl acetate were carefully studied.When the catalyst dosage was 1.2 g per mol acetic acid,the ratio of acetic acid to n butanol was 4∶1,the reaction time was 7.0 h under stirring and refluxing,the yield of n butyl acetate reached 87.6%,the selectivity was 100%.
