摘要
研究了电镀液中羟基磷灰石(HAP)粒子表面的荷电状况,讨论了电镀工艺条件对生物活性物HAP在镀层中含量的影响,并确定了复合电镀的最佳工艺参数,为制得性能优良的不锈钢基Ni-HAP复合生物材料提供了可靠依据。
The electric charges carried by hydroapatite particles in plating solution were investigated. The effect of pH value, temperature and concentration of HAP particles in bath solution as well as cathodic current density on the HAP content in composite deposit was studied.
