固相萃取高效液相色谱法测定动物组织中氯羟柳胺残留的研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定动物组织中氯羟柳胺残留量的检测方法。样品用乙腈提取,HLB固相萃取小柱净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器(PDA)检测,外标法定量。结果表明:标准校准曲线在50~1 000 ng/mL的范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r>0.99。样品中氯羟柳胺的添加水平分别为0.05,0.1和0.15 mg/L时,样品加标回收率为75.3%~88.2%,变异系数在2.6~4.3之间。本法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于动物组织中氯羟柳胺残留量的检测。
