摘要
研究 了几种重 要添 加 剂 在 P V C 塑 料异 型 材中 的 使 用效 果 和 最佳 用 量. 结果 表明:(1) 型材 中加 入 适量 的 焊 角 强 度 改性 剂 可 以 显 著 提 高 型 材 的 焊 角 强 度;( 2) 增 韧 剂 C P E 加入 量以8 ~10 份为宜 ,超过20 份会严重 影响型 材的焊角 强度;(3) 型 材中 添加 少量超细 活性轻质 碳酸钙效 果较好 ,加入量 以5 ~7 份 为宜 .通 过试 验 提高 了异 型 材性 能, P V C异型 材各项性 能指标 符合国标 要求.
The effectiveness and optimum content of several kinds of additives used in the producing of unplasticized PVC profiles was studied by experiment. The result was that (1) the additives of welding strength were able to increase the welding strength of PVC profiles, (2) the optimum content of CPE resin was from 8 to 10 portions when PVC was 100 protions, if content of CPE resin was more than 20 portions, the welding strength of profiles droped rapidly and (3) the use of very fine active sediment calcium carbonate in the component showed good results and the optimum content of calcium carbonate was 5~7 portions. Therefore, the strength of the profiles was increased and was up to the China's Standards.
