超微强心安神汤治疗慢性心力衰竭48例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 48 Cases of Chronic Cardiac Failure Treated by Submicron Powder of Qiangxin Anshen Decoction

目的:观察超微强心安神汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将95例本病患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组47例,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上予超微强心安神汤口服,对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上予安慰汤剂口服。结果:治疗组在心功能疗效、中医证候疗效、6MWT、LVEDD、LVEF值及血清NT-proBNP等方面分别与对照组比较差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论:超微强心安神汤治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on chronic cardiac failure treated by submicron powder of Qiangxin Anshen decoction.Method：95 cases were randomly divided into 48 cases in treatment group and 47 cases in control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by submicron powder of Qiangxin Anshen decoction on the basis of western routine therapy and cases in the control group treated by placebo on the basis of western routine therapy.Results：The improvement of heart function,syndromes of TCM,6MWT,LVEDD,LVEF and NT-proBNP in the treatment group had significant difference as compared with the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Submicron powder of Qiangxin Anshen decoction had certain effect for chronic cardiac failure.
