摘要 通过正交试验, 详细研究了反应温度、Ca (OH)2 浓度、添加剂用量和添加时间等因素对超细CaCO3 产品沉降体积的影响; 结果表明, 影响超细碳酸钙沉降体积的主次因素依次为: 反应温度、添加剂用量、Ca ( OH)2 浓度和添加剂的添加时间;并获得了生产超细碳酸钙的最佳工艺参数。 Through orthogonal experiment,the effects on the sedimentation volume of ultrafine calcium carbonate that resulted from reaction temperature,Ca(OH) 2 concentration,the amount of additives and adding time were investigated in detail.The outcome showed that the factors that influenced sedimentation volume in order of their importance were reaction temperature,the amount of additives,Ca(OH) 2 concentration and adding time.The optimal process parameters that produced ultrafine Calcium Carbonate were obtained.
