2-〔2-(6-甲基苯并噻唑)偶氮〕-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸与钯显色反应的研究

Study on the Colour Reaction of 2-〔2-(6-Methylbenzothiazolyl)azo〔-5- Diethylaminobenzoic Acid with Palladium(Ⅱ)

研究了新显色剂２ － 〔２ － （６ － 甲基苯并噻唑） 偶氮〕－ ５ － 二乙氨基苯甲酸与钯的显色反应， 实验表明， 在ｐＨ＝４７０ 缓冲溶液中， 该试剂与钯反应生成一稳定络合物， 其最大吸收波长为７０５ ｎｍ ， 表观摩尔吸光系数为３２７ ×１０４ Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－ １ｃｍ － １ 。钯含量在（０ ～６０） μｇ／２５ｍ Ｌ 范围内符合比尔定律， 该方法应用于分子筛和铜镍合金中钯的测定， 获得满意结果。

The colour reaction of Palladium(Ⅱ) with 2-〔2-(6-Methylbenzothiazolyl)azo〕-5-diethylminobenzoic Acid(6-Me-BTAEB) was studied.In the pH=4 70 buffer medium,the reagent reacts with Palladium(Ⅱ) to form a stable complex,and the maxium absorption of the complex lies at 705nm.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 3 27×10 4L·mol -1 cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 60μg/25mL for palladium(Ⅱ). The method is highly selective and sensitive and can be applied to the direct determination of trace palladium(Ⅱ) in molecular sieve ,Cu-Ni alloys with satisfactory results.
