摘要
不同羧基含量及NCO/OH 比的阴离子聚氨酯乳液由二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA) 或二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、聚合物多元醇和扩链剂与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应,中和乳化制备。在此基础上,比较了DMBA 和DMPA 体系聚氨酯乳液的物理性能及胶膜的机械性能等,结果显示DMBA有其显著的特点。
Anionic PU dispersions with different COOH contents and NCO/OH rations were synthesised from polyols,toluene diisocyanate (TDI).dimethylolbutyric acid (DMBA) or dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA)and chain extenders. Physical and mechanical properties of the PU dispersions have been compared in this paper. The results show the advantages by using DMBA versus DMPA in the parperation of anionic PU dispersion.
