摘要
突触可塑性是学习记忆能力的生理基础,本文运用文献综述法和理论分析法,探讨了运动训练对突触可塑性结构和功能的影响及与学习记忆能力改善的机制。研究发现运动训练对突触的结构和功能均能产生可塑性的影响,从运动训练对突触结构参数、突触前轴突末梢线粒体的数量和结构的变化及突触素、BDNF、NMDA受体产生影响等方面,说明运动训练促进了学习记忆能力的改善。
Synaptic plasticity is the physiological basis of learning and memory,literature review and theoretical analysis was used in this paper to explore the effects of exercise training on the structure and function of synaptic plasticity,and the ability to improve memory and learning mechanism.Our study found that exercise training can produce effects on the structure and function of synaptic plasticity that exercise training has produced effects on the structural parameters,presynaptic axon endings and the number of mitochondria in changes in the structure,and Synatophysin,BDNF,NMDA recepter,thus contributing to the learning and memory.
