体育运动学校职业教育和职业培训路径的探讨

Discussion on Ways of Professional Education and Training in Sports School

根据目前国务院办公厅转发的《关于进一步加强运动员文化教育和运动员保障工作指导意见的通知》中对公办体育运动学校应积极开展职业教育和职业培训工作要求,笔者对体育运动学校开展职业教育和职业培训路径进行了探讨研究。认为目前体育运动学校开展职业教育和职业培训的主要路径是:(1)发挥体育专长,以就业为导向,拓展办学新思路;(2)科学设置职业教育和职业培训课程内容;(3)文化课以"必需"和"够用"为度,促进文化教育的实用性和功能化;(4)改革教学管理制度,推进学分制等灵活多样的学籍管理、教学组织形式;(5)创建校企合作机制,试行"订单"培养;(6)吸纳地方优质教育资源,开展联办、共建和远程教育多种形式;(7)结合体育行业职业技能鉴定工作,采取学历教育与职业资格证书培训相结合;(8)引进专业化、社会化、职介机构等的职业指导与培训;(9)争取政府和体育、教育部门加大经费投入,改善职业教育和职业培训条件。这是当前体育运动学校改革与生存发展的必由之路。

According to the requirement of actively carrying out professional education and professional training in public sports school in Notice of Further Strengthening Culture Education to Athletes and Guiding Suggestion about Protecting Athletes,which is transmitted from General Office of the State Council,the author begins to discuss carrying out professional education and professional training in public sports school.The author believes that at present the main ways of carrying out professional education and training are：1.developing the PE specialty and exploring the new ideas to operate the school with employment-oriented guidance;2.scientifically offering the curriculum about professional education and professional training;3.Culture class must take necessity and adequateness as its standard,promoting the practicality and functionalization of culture class;4.Reforming the management system of teaching and promoting flexible forms of student-records management and teaching organizing forms such as credit system;5.Establishing cooperating mechanism between school and enterprise to try to implement ＂order-education＂;6.Absorbing the excellent local educational resources and developing the various forms of establishing and building together and remote education;7.Combining with assessment work of professional skills of PE,and adopting the combination of curricula education and training of professional qualification certificate;8.Introducing professional guidance and professional training such as specializing,social and professional institution;9.Trying to increase the input of fund from government,educational department and improving the condition of professional education and training.Those are the only ways of reforming,surviving and developing of the present sports school.
