摘要
传统的煤岩测试标准方法存在速度慢、效率低、测试主观性强、对操作者技术素质要求高等问题;由于过分追求测试速度,同时在鉴定原理和自动调焦技术等方面存在缺陷,现行煤岩自动测试方法的精度难以满足实际要求;以上两种方法均存在测试结果不能追溯的问题。根据目前显微数码照相机、自动载物台和图像分析等技术发展现状,笔者分析了实现煤岩自动测试的系统内外部可用资源,提出了基于显微图像采集技术实现煤岩自动测试的技术路线,以及实现煤岩自动测试需要解决的关键科学问题和技术问题。
According to the traditional standard methods of coal petrography,there are a variety of problems including low speed and efficiency,operator subjectivity,high demand for experienced operator,etc.Due to the unreasonable fast scanning,the deficiencies of maceral identification models and auto focusing,the present automatic coal petrography can't meet the needs of accuracy.There is absence of traceability function in both the standard methods and the present automatic process of coal petrological determination.In this paper,based on the up-to-date technical progress,the usability of micro digital camera,automated objective stage and image analysis as the internal and external resource for automatic coal petrography was studied.The technical route of automatic coal petrography based on micro image was presented and the key scientific and technical problems which affect the precision and efficiency of automatic determination were discussed.
