Situation of coal quality and production status of Luling coal mine were introduced in this paper.The measures,such as taking reasonable production plan,adopting technical measure,mining various coal seam reasonably and establishing effective incentive mechanism and etc,were introduced,which would promote enterprise economic benefit and sustainable development ability of coal mine.
