摘要
以pH= 3.0 的5% NaCl+ 0.5% (NH4 )2SO4 溶液(用醋酸调整pH 值)为加速剂,对LY12 和 LC4 两种高强铝合金进行了间歇盐雾和周期轮浸腐蚀试验。结果表明,两种加速腐蚀方法之间有类似的腐蚀动力学规律,其中前者相对于大气腐蚀有较好的模拟性和加速性。根据材料腐蚀动力学规律提出了“参照腐蚀率”的概念,并以此作为腐蚀程度的评估准则,定量评定了间歇盐雾相对于大气腐蚀的加速性。
Using 5%NaCl+0.5%(NH\-4)\-2SO\-4 solution as accelerant, the intermittent salt\|fog test and periodically eimmersing corrosion test were carried out on two kinds of high strength aluminum alloy LY12 and LC4. The results showed that the corrosion dy\|namics rule is the same for two tests. According to the corrosion dynamics rule, the authors suggested a concept of “reference corrosion rate”, used as an evaluation criterion for corrosion.
