餐后高血糖对神经传导速度的影响

摘要 目的;探讨神经传导速度(NCV)对不同血糖水平的早期周围神经损害的诊断价值。方法:通过肌电图仪测定糖尿病患者、IGT患者及健康对照者的正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、腓浅神经的传导速度,比较三组间的差别。结果:正中神经MCV与尺神经SCV:糖尿病组与IGT组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),糖尿病组与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IGT组与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尺神经MCV、腓总神经MCV、腓浅神经SCV三组间分别比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:随着餐后血糖的增高NCV受损逐渐加重,其中SCV较MCV受损明显;下肢远端神经较上肢神经受损明显。 Objective: To study the value of nerve conduction velocity of the different serum glucose levels in the early diagnosis of peripheral nerve damage.Methods:Measuring the nerve conduction velocity on the median nerve, ulnar nerve, common peroneal nerve, superficial peroneal nerve nervenerve among diabete patients, IGT patients and healthy controls by electromyography, compared the differences among the three groups.Results:Median nerve MCV and ulnar nerve SCV:there was no significant difference between diabetic group and IGT group(P〉0.05),there was significant difference between diabetic group and control group(P〈0.05), there was significant difference between control group and IGT group(P〉0.05). Among ulnar nerve MCV, peroneal nerve MCV and superficial peroneal nerve SCV, the three groups were statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions:With the postprandial serum glucose increasing, the damage of nerve conduction velocity was seriously more and more, MCV damage more seriouse than the SCV; Lower limbs nerve were injured more significantly than upper limbs ones.
