酒石酸伐尼克兰对心内科烟草依赖患者血脂、血糖的影响

The Effect of Varenicline on Lipid and Glucose after Therapy for Internal Medicine Outpatients with Nicotine Addiction

目的:探讨酒石酸伐尼克兰对心内科烟草依赖患者血脂、血糖的影响。方法:32例烟草依赖患者使用伐尼克兰治疗,观察用药前后血脂、血糖和肝功的变化。结果:使用酒石酸伐尼克兰治疗前后肝功无明显变化;治疗后血糖略有降低,没有达到统计学意义;血脂指标中甘油三酯指标明显下降,其他指标没有明显改变。结论:戒烟药物伐尼克兰的使用对血脂、血糖、肝功无不良影响。

Objective： To explore the risk factors affecting the quality of life （QOL） of patients with obstructive sleep apnea （SAS） Methods：Measuring the quality of life of 150 patients suffered from SAS with WHOQOL - BREF and analyzing the influences of the sleepiness quality of sleep. Results：The scores on physical domain and psychological domain of patients were less than that of normal person. Conclusions The sleepiness quality of sleep can affect the QOL of patients with SAS.
