乌鳖颗粒对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨乌鳖颗粒对免疫功能的作用。方法:采用对单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能;对T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率;对溶血素抗体生成和DNCB诱导的迟发型变态反应等实验。结果:与空白组比较乌鳖颗粒大剂量组和中剂量组可明显增强吞噬指数(K)和吞噬系数(α);能迅速清除血液中异物,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。乌鳖颗粒各剂量组可增加T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率,均能明显促进小鼠溶血素抗体生成,与空白组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),乌鳖颗粒大剂量和中剂量组对二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)具有明显的抑制作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:乌鳖颗粒具有增强单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用和增强T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率的作用。具有促进体液免疫和抑制细胞免疫的作用。 Objective:To study the effect ofWu Bie Granula on the immune function. Methods:The immunomodulatory effects of the Wubie Granula were measured by cleaning carbon particle method, Esterase staining rate of T lymphocytes,Hemolysin antibody formation and Delayed hypersensitivity of macrophage experiment. Results:Comparing to the control group,Wubie Granula could obviously promote the Phagocytic index and coefficient and quickly removed Foreign bodies in blood. Wubie Granula could increase the esterase staining rate of T lymphocytes and promote the Hemolysin antibody formation. It was significant difference compare with the control group(P〈0.01). WuBie Granula could significantly Inhibited DTH compare with the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusions:Wubie Granula could promote the. Phagocytosis function of Phagocyte as well as T lymphocyte transformation. Wubie Granula can promote both humoral and cellular immune suppression effect.
