阴道念珠菌的临床检验对比研究

Clinical Examination of Vaginal Candidiasis Comparative Study

目的:比较临床常用检测阴道念珠菌方法的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的136例疑似阴道念珠菌病患者的阴道分泌物分别进行直接镜检法、革兰染色涂片法、胶体金法及培养法检测,比较四种检测方法的检测结果。结果:136例疑似待检标本中直接镜检法阳性73例,革兰染色涂片法阳性108例,胶体金法阳性112例,培养法阳性114例。以培养法作为确诊标准,直接镜检法与培养法比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),革兰染色涂片法、胶体金法与培养法比较差异不大(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:培养法可作为阴道念珠菌的金标准,胶体金法操作简便、准确率高,可作为临床普查的首选方法。

Conclusions：Culture as the gold standard for vaginal candidiasis, colloidal gold method is simple, the accuracy can be used as the preferred method of clinical survey.
