舒康博水凝胶治疗老年患者静脉炎的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Shukangbo Hydrogel Paste on Phlebitis in Elderly Patients

目的:观察舒康博水凝胶治疗老年患者静脉炎的疗效观察。方法:将50例由输液所致静脉炎的老年患者,随机分为观察组25例,对照组25例,观察组采用舒康博水凝胶外敷,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,5～7天进行疗效比较结果:观察组静脉炎疗效明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒康博水凝胶能有效治疗老年患者静脉炎的发生,具有广泛应用价值。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Shukangbo hydrogel paste on phlebitis in elderly patients.Methods：A total number of 50 patients, who had phlebitis caused by infusion, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group： the experimental group patients were treated with Shukangbo hydrogel paste, the control group patients were treated with 50% magnesium sulfate. And the therapeutic effects were observed after 5 to 7 days. Results：The therapeutic effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Hukangbo hydrogel paste can effectively treat phlebitis in elderly patients, so it can be widely applied.
