摘要
目的:比分离、鉴定刺五加果实提取物中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、ODS开放柱和制备液相等色谱方法分离,并通过NMR和MS等谱学技术确定结构。结果:从提取物中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-4"-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、木犀草素-3'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、术犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),木犀草素-7,3'-O-β-D-二葡萄糖苷(5)。其中化合物2~5为首次从五加属植物中分离得到。结论:从提取物中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为术犀草素(1)、木犀草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、术犀草素-3'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),木犀草素-7,3'-O-β-D-二葡萄糖苷(5)。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the extract from thefruits of Acanthopanax senticosns Harms.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods (silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data(NMR and MS). Results:Five flavones compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: lutcolin(1)luteolin-4'-O-β- D-glucoside (2), lutcolin-3'-O-β-D-glucoside (3), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), luteolin-7,3'-O-β-D-di-glucoside(5).Compound 2-5 were isolated from the Acanthopanax genus for the first time. Conclusions:Results five flavones compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: luteolin(1), luteolin- 4'-O-β-D-glucoside(2), luteolin-3'-O-β-D-glucoside (3), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), luteolin-7,3'-O-β-D-di-glucoside(5).
